Hearing to require owners of 4141 Thornoaks to show cause why the order of Jack Donaldson, Hearing Officer, dated June 29, 2002, regarding a dangerous building at that location, should not be enforced.

V. ANNEXATIONS, ORDINANCES, CONDITIONAL USES, ZONING
A. AZ-6-02--Request for annexation release of 10.14 acres located at 1381 Maple Road by Creative Land Design, Inc. (owner Diocese of Lansing). Area A. Tabled at October meeting at request of the owner to correct legal description and permit payment of taxes.

B. AZ-5-02--Request for annexation release of 5.42 acres, 1756 Broadway (owner Sue LeClair) to permit redevelopment by Intergroup Realty for student housing. 09-22-260-001- Area A. Tabled at September and October meetings to show permission by owner and need for City utilities.

C. AZ-7-02-Request for annexation release of 2.15 acres, 1859 Newport Road and adjacent parcel (owner John Lindner). Area B.

D. Open Space Preservation Community-Amendment to Zoning Ordinance to permit clustering of units in residential districts outside of the Open Space Preservation District.
Approval recommended by the Planning Commission at its November meeting.

A. Appointment to Planning Commission of Richard Mitchell to fill vacancy and remaining term of resigning Chairman Herb Sloan-appointment expires June, 2004.

B. Report from Paul Bairley, Consulting Forester, regarding landscaping of KLB Corporate Center at Plymouth Road and Old Earhart Road.

C. Report from J & L Consulting Services regarding wetland mitigation at Washtenaw Community College. Discussed with Planning Commission at the November meeting.
