Call the Township Office for reserved time- 663-3418 - before noon on day of meeting. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 20, 2004 IV. APPOINTMENTS, RESOLUTIONS, REPORTS, DISCUSSIONS A. Resolution to appoint trustees to Ann Arbor Charter Township Pension Plan-- With the election of new clerk Rena Basch, the Supervisor recommends her replacement of previous Clerk Braun as a Plan Trustee. Plan trustees Moran and Forshee should be reappointed at the same time. B. Board of Trustees’ Rules —The Board tabled consideration of these rules at its October 18, 2004 meeting after suggesting changes that have since been made. The amended draft is enclosed. C. Resolution to appoint members to the Ann Arbor Township Board of Review—These members are appointed for two year terms. The Supervisor recommends the reappointment of Robert Mullins and Dawn Foerg to two year terms expiring July 1, 2007. There is also a vacancy in the Board of Review which the Board should discuss. D. Renewal of Washtenaw County Central Dispatch Contract—2005 contract enclosed. Board approval sought. E. Farmland and Open Space Preservation Board—Oral report by John Allison; schedule of meetings enclosed. F. Discussion of Conservation Easement for Use in PDR—Discussion of final draft of Conservation Easement as approved by Farmland and Open Space Preservation Board. G. Supervisor’s Report—Jail funding discussions with Sheriff and County; Regular meetings with Sgt. Campbell; WCRC Board appointments; Water and Sewer contracts; Washtenaw Metro Alliance; Pall/Gelman Case; Union negotiations re Fire Department; Land Preservation Programs information. H. Public Safety 1. Fire Department--Report from Chief Ericson 2. Sheriff Department—Report from Sheriff’s Department enclosed I. Planning Commission--Report from John Allison. J. Personnel Committee—recommendations for township’s employees salaries for 2005. The committee will not meet until January 17 th just prior to the Board meeting. K. Building Department—Written monthly report from Gary Dresselhouse will be on table prior to meeting. L. Treasurer’s Report—Written report from Treasurer will be on table prior to meeting. M.
